This policy explains how Cruve handles information collected through the public website, waitlist form, and early-access inquiries. It is written for website visitors and prospects; product-specific data processing terms may be covered in separate customer agreements during onboarding.
Privacy by design: Cruve is built around end-to-end encrypted communications. The public marketing site, however, only collects the limited contact information you choose to submit when requesting early access or contacting us.
Information we collect

- Message or inquiry details you choose to provide when contacting us.
- Basic technical information needed to operate, secure, and improve the website, such as browser/device metadata, pages requested, timestamps, and anti-abuse signals.
How we use information
- Respond to waitlist, demo, support, or partnership inquiries.
- Prioritize early-access outreach for firms that match Cruve’s regulated-finance use case.
- Operate, secure, debug, and improve the website and related systems.
- Comply with legal, security, or regulatory obligations where applicable.
How we share information
We do not sell website inquiry information. We may share limited information with service providers that help us host the site, process forms, send email, secure infrastructure, or manage customer relationships. Those providers are used only for business operations and are not authorized to use the information for their own marketing.
Product data note
Cruve’s product is designed for regulated financial communications. Customer message content, archival workflows, supervisory review, retention schedules, and data residency controls are governed by the product architecture and the customer’s executed agreement, not by this public website policy alone.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or remove public-site inquiry information by emailing privacy@cruve.it. Some information may be retained where necessary for security, legal, or compliance reasons.
