These terms apply to the public Cruve website, blog, and early-access inquiry forms. They do not replace a signed customer agreement, data processing addendum, service-level agreement, or regulatory compliance schedule for use of the Cruve product.

Website use
You may view, link to, and share public Cruve pages for informational purposes. You may not use the website to attack, scrape in a way that degrades service, submit malicious code, impersonate others, or interfere with the site’s security and availability.
Product availability
Some Cruve features, pricing, platforms, and launch timelines described on the website may be in beta, early access, or subject to change. Statements on the website are not a guarantee of availability unless included in a signed agreement.
Compliance content
Cruve content may discuss FINRA, SEC, WORM archiving, supervisory review, encryption, and recordkeeping concepts. Those materials are not legal advice and are not a substitute for your firm’s written supervisory procedures, counsel review, compliance program, or regulator-specific obligations.
Intellectual property
Cruve names, marks, graphics, product descriptions, and website content belong to Cruve or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse substantial portions of the site for a competing product, misleading representation, or commercial republication without permission.
Third-party services
The website may link to third-party websites or services. Cruve is not responsible for third-party content, policies, or availability.
